The holder of this position will be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have and addressing their further assistance/recommendation where required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: At least a Diploma in Accounting or Certification in CPA Part 2.
  • Experience: Must have 3 yrs of experience in a busy environment (bank,sacco,supermarket etc)
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
