- We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Florist & Sales Associate to join our team! This role requires someone with a keen eye for floral arrangements and strong sales skills to interact with customers, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating gorgeous floral arrangements for all kinds of occasions—weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.
- Helping customers find the perfect flowers and offering expert advice.
- Handling phone and online orders, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Keeping the shop organized, stocked, and looking fresh.
- Keeping an eye on inventory to ensure we always have the best blooms available.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in floristry is required
- A friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service skills.
- Someone who enjoys selling and isn’t afraid to upsell or recommend extras.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for processing orders.
