- Our client, a tier 3 bank seeks to hire an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, to provide strategic administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- This role will require a high level of discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
Reports to: Managing Director.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Oversee the MD’s calendar by scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, taking minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are completed, and coordinating travel logistics, including accommodation and transportation.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the MD, managing calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and FF external stakeholders.
- Information & Documentation Management: Manage sensitive information with discretion, maintaining organized records and preparing reports, presentations, and essential documents.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while representing the MD professionally in all interactions.
- Project Support & Research: Assist the MD in various projects by conducting research, compiling and analyzing data. Provide administrative support and strategic insights to ensure informed decision-making and timely project execution.
- Any additional duties assigned from time to time.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data analysis. Additional entry-level certification in data analytics will be an added advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in executive administration, with a proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role, preferably in the banking sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
