Duties

  • On weekly basis, make an inspection as per the weekly checklist.
  • Ensure that allocated vehicle is kept clean and the interiors is tidy
  • Record a daily vehicle logbook and the weekly checklist of the vehicle .
  •  Maintain the tool box and the first aid kit in good order.
  • Keep always the valid relevant driving license.
  • Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations.
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule.
  • Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.

Requirements

  • Secondary education essential. Administration or communication related studies desirable.
  • The essential previous driving experience of more than 20 years in institutes or companies.
  • The previous experience of at least three years in the administration and/or the logistics terrains as assets.
  • The valid Kenyan driving license of category B
  • The basic knowledge of vehicle mechanic
  • The great communication skills
  • The essential computer skills (word, excel and internet)
