Duties
- On weekly basis, make an inspection as per the weekly checklist.
- Ensure that allocated vehicle is kept clean and the interiors is tidy
- Record a daily vehicle logbook and the weekly checklist of the vehicle .
- Maintain the tool box and the first aid kit in good order.
- Keep always the valid relevant driving license.
- Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations.
- Arrive at destinations on schedule.
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
Requirements
- Secondary education essential. Administration or communication related studies desirable.
- The essential previous driving experience of more than 20 years in institutes or companies.
- The previous experience of at least three years in the administration and/or the logistics terrains as assets.
- The valid Kenyan driving license of category B
- The basic knowledge of vehicle mechanic
- The great communication skills
- The essential computer skills (word, excel and internet)
