Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through research, cold calling, emails, and networking to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients, handling negotiations to close deals.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to help position Skylab Systems as a leader in its field and identify new growth opportunities.
- Create and present customized proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Work closely with the business development team to develop campaigns and strategies aimed at driving revenue and increasing market share.
- Track and report on sales activities, leads, and opportunities, maintaining accurate records using CRM tools.
- Ensure a seamless post-sale experience, including handling customer inquiries and providing after-sales support to maintain high client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the tech, software, engineering
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their business needs, and offer relevant solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot and MS Office Suite.
