Taimba Ltd is a leading Agri-tech company revolutionizing agricultural supply chains through technology and efficient operations. We are seeking a proactive Warehouse & Tech Support Officer to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence and ERP
Develop reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
Analyze data flows to eliminate errors and manual entry.
Enhance Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to meet targets.
Manage ERP (Odoo) and support tickets for continuous improvement.
Provide user support and documentation for ERP-related issues.
Identify and implement tech improvements across platforms.
Train new users on. Microsoft Teams, DMS, ERP, Teams and Outlook
Warehouse Operations
Source and manage quality fruit and vegetable suppliers.
Ensure accurate stock intake and reconciliation in ERP.
Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs and policies.
Conduct stock inspections and enforce quality standards.
Implement FIFO to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
Identify and report risks to the Warehouse and Sourcing Manager.
Stock Management
Perform daily stock checks to maintain optimal levels.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Data Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/inventory management or sales.
Advanced MS Office skills; MS Excel certification preferred.
Experience in project management, system documentation and UAT
