Duties & Responsibilities

  • Marketing of new and existing products.
  • Advising clients on various services and products.
  • Developing and maintaining professional customer relationships.
  • Performing as key contact for selected customer relationships under client guidance.
  • Initiating apt activities to ensure on time and scheduled response to customers.
  • Helping clients to attain approval on new loans.
  • Conducting evaluation of client’s accounts; and
  • Collection of arrears and due loans
  • Delinquency management

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma/ Degree in a business-related field
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to leverage on Technology
  • Self-starter and assertive
  • Flexible to embrace change with ease
  • Self – motivated
  • Good understanding of customer service and experience
