Duties & Responsibilities
- Marketing of new and existing products.
- Advising clients on various services and products.
- Developing and maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Performing as key contact for selected customer relationships under client guidance.
- Initiating apt activities to ensure on time and scheduled response to customers.
- Helping clients to attain approval on new loans.
- Conducting evaluation of client’s accounts; and
- Collection of arrears and due loans
- Delinquency management
Skills & Experience
- Diploma/ Degree in a business-related field
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to leverage on Technology
- Self-starter and assertive
