Key Responsibilities 

Recruitment & Onboarding 

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Support initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition schemes.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

HR Administration & Compliance 

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems regularly.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Workforce Planning & Development 

  • Support workforce planning by analyzing data on staffing needs, attrition, and skills gaps.
  • Assist in implementing training programs to upskill employees, focusing on leadership and technical skills.
  • Collaborate on career pathing and succession planning projects.

Project Involvement 

  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to initiatives related to technology adoption, process automation, and organizational transformation.
  • Assist in developing and executing projects.

 Agility & Adaptability 

  • Stay ahead of HR trends and recommend innovative practices to enhance the employee experience.
  • Adapt to shifting business priorities and provide support in areas requiring immediate attention.
  • Be a key resource in implementing organizational changes and communication strategies.

Technology Focus 

  • Leverage HR software and digital tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing new technology solutions to enhance functions.
  • Actively explore and implement tech and data-based solutions for employee engagement, performance management, and learning systems.

Qualifications 

Essential 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in software and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
