Overall purpose of the job
- Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support to achieve timely and efficient management of reception operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate registration of patients and verification of benefits.
- Maintain pleasant front office environment.
- Manage client appointments.
- Accurate billing and collection of revenue
- Generate periodic reports.
- Requision and petty cash management.
Position Requirements and Other Competencies
- Diploma in a business-related course.
- Three (3) years of appropriate experience in Front Office/ Reception operations.
- Good customer service and people skills.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
