Qualifications
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the optical, medical device, or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Salary: Kshs 28,000/ – Monthly salary plus benefits
