HRMD client, a school in Nairobi is looking to fill the above position. The individual will work closely with the Communication and Marketing Officer to contribute to the development of the school’s communication and marketing strategy. In line with this strategy, subsequently provide support to implement multi-channel tactical marketing campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities
- In association with the Communication and Marketing Officer, help to implement the marketing strategy to support the school’s growth, identify new markets from which to recruit pupils focused initiatives to drive enrollment.
- Provide support in implementing a comprehensive multi-channel prospective customer marketing program that supports effective customer engagement, retention and parent advocacy.
- Provide support in maintaining the relationship with the various digital stakeholders and agencies, as is the go-to resource for all digital marketing activities, including set up and management of accounts.
- Help in preparation of content for marketing materials, such as social media posts e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter posts, brochures etc.
- Assist with maintaining the website, social media platforms and database systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration.
- 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Graphic Design Certifications i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media schedulers, CRM systems).
