Investment Associate, Transport At Africa Finance Corporation Apply By 21st August 2024

Key Responsibilities:


· Support origination and management of new clients and opportunities within the transportation and logistics asset finance sector, across Africa.
· Pitch, structure, negotiate, market, execute and close transactions in project development, equity and other equity-linked instruments sectors.
· Support institutional building by working closely with various teams within AFC to execute the co-investment strategy.
· Participate and/or lead negotiations with sponsors, lenders, and public authorities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local/regional/global/infrastructure companies, banking and multilateral partners, and government officials.

Strong communication and writing skills (fluency in English and French is preferable) are highly desirable.
