Our client, a printing firm in Nairobi, is seeking to hire a receptionist.
Previous experience in the printing industry is a MUST.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors professionally.
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies.
5. Provide information about products and services to clients.
6. Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary range 20-25k
