Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the butchery, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Handle and prepare meat products, following the specific layout and customer journey requirements.
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Engage with customers, offering product recommendations and exceptional service.
• Adhere to food handling and safety protocols, including segregation and storage of meat products.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months post-training experience in a relevant field.
• Education: Certification or qualification in hospitality.
• Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English and Swahili.

Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge of food handling basics, including segregation and storage.
• Understanding of customer service principles with the ability to sell and engage customers.
• Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.
