These roles are integral to our mission of supporting social protection and the well-being of senior citizens across multiple counties in Kenya.

Available Positions:

1. Enumerators: 7,559 Positions

Responsibilities: Enumerators will collect data and conduct surveys to support various social protection programs. This role involves fieldwork and direct interaction with the community to gather accurate and comprehensive data.

Compensation:

  • Wages: KES 1,000 per day
  • Transport Allowance: KES 500 per day
  • Airtime provided

2. Enumerator Supervisors: 762 Positions

Responsibilities: Enumerator Supervisors will oversee the activities of enumerators, ensuring data collection is carried out effectively and efficiently. Supervisors will provide guidance, support, and quality checks to ensure the integrity of the data collected.

Compensation:

  • Wages: KES 1,300 per day
  • Transport Allowance: KES 1,000 per day
  • Airtime provided

Locations: Positions are available in the following counties:

  • Nairobi
  • Uasin Gishu
  • Bomet
  • Nyeri
  • Nakuru
  • Siaya
  • Kiambu
  • Nandi
  • Embu
  • Busia
  • Trans Nzoia
  • Kericho

Qualifications:

Enumerators:

  • Minimum of a mean grade of C- (Minus) or equivalent at the form four level of education.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Residency in the location of the application and familiarity with the local language are mandatory. Exceptions will be made for candidates applying in urban centers, considered metropolitan areas.

Enumerator Supervisors:

  • Minimum of a mean grade of C Plain or equivalent at the form four level of education.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Residency in the location of the application and familiarity with the local language are mandatory. Exceptions will be made for candidates applying in urban centers, considered metropolitan areas.
  • Candidates who have experience as Community Health Volunteers and have held leadership positions will be given additional consideration.
