MNC Consulting Group Limited client in the beauty industry is seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Nail Technician/Head Spa Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Nail Care Services:
- Assist in providing manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments.
- Learn and practice techniques for nail shaping, cuticle care, and application of nail polish, gel, and acrylics.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all nail tools and workstations.
Head Spa Treatments:
- Assist in performing head spa treatments, including scalp massages, hair treatments, and other related services.
- Learn the use of various head spa tools and products.
- Ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients.
Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the spa’s booking system.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about spa services.
Sanitation and Cleanliness:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized and stored properly.
- Follow spa protocols for health and safety.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in nail care and head spa treatments.
- Seek feedback from senior staff and incorporate it into practice.
Qualifications:
- recent graduate from a cosmetology or esthetics program.
- Prior nailtech experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of nail care and interest in head spa treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
