Job Objective/Purpose
To enhance growth of the products and services through marketing of the Avenue Prepaid Schemes
Key Responsibilities
1.Client acquisition
a)Responding to prospective prepaid client’s enquiries.
b)Preparing proposals and quotations to prospective corporates.
2.Engaging the insurance brokers and agents on new business and maintaining existing prepaid business.
3.Giving service presentations to new and existing prepaid clients.
4.Debt collection from the existing prepaid clients.
5.Coordinating with the respective units Branch or Hospital Manager on giving clinical support such as health talks, workshops, and medical camps to the prospective prepaid clients.
6.Renewals of medical schemes for prepaid clients.
7.Carry out monthly or quarterly service meetings with existing prepaid clients.
8.Preparation of weekly and monthly prepaid marketing reports.
Person Specification
•Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business-related field
•3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry
•Organizational awareness and detailed-oriented
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork and reliability
