Sales Executive – Eldoret

Job Purpose

We are looking for passionate and ardent Sales Executives who can thrive in a hypergrowth business environment. The incumbent will act as the key link between the company and Modern trade and General Trade clients within their assigned region with a goal to create awareness of Shalina Healthcare consumer products and maximize sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generation of sales leads and delivery of the regional set targets
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Drive and influence on product listing across different supermarket and cosmetic chains
  • Supervision of the regional team and work as a lead in product activation
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Degree or diploma in sales and marketing or in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a sales representative in beauty or cosmetic industry
  • Familiar with the market trends,
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
