Job Purpose
Maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data and creating sales performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure that the deliveries are done as per the invoices issued.
- Making Telephone Order bookings.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and looking for new sales leads.
- Creating customer accounts and handling customer queries regarding their account or sales products.
- Initiating Credit bypass request for customers in liaison with the Finance Manager.
- Preparation of Monthly customer incentives.
- Preparation of Local Purchase orders to vendors and Proforma Invoice to consumers
- Reports: Preparing daily sales and quarter to date report
- Platinum and Gold sales Report.
- Company sales representative incentives.
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in any Business related course.
- Proven work experience of at least 6months as a Telesales or in sales administration.
- Familiar with the market trends, product lines and latest medical issues.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
