Who We Are:
Conflict Lab is a youth-led initiative dedicated to promoting collaborative efforts in conflict resolution and sustainable development across Africa. Our mission is to empower young leaders to drive policy change and local action for peace and development.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct research and analysis on topics related to youth peace and security, climate change, sustainable development, peacebuilding, governance, development, gender mainstreaming, and human rights.
– Assist in drafting reports, policy briefs, and research papers.
– Collaborate with team members on various research projects and initiatives.
– Support the organization in developing research-based advocacy strategies.

Requirements:
– Strong research skills and a keen interest in the listed topics.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Previous research experience is a plus.
