Job Description

  • Role: Head of Sales (Capital Markets)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
    • Drive performance and alignment across sales and marketing functions.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success Department to develop retention and expansion strategies.
    • Scale the sales organization by recruiting, training, and retaining a highly skilled team.
    • Leverage market research to define the Company’s ideal customer profile and assess additional verticals for new business generation.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Proven history of scaling businesses to over $100M ARR.
    • 10+ years of successful leadership experience in enterprise/complex consultative sales.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of the Capital Markets vertical.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $200,000 base salary.
