Job Description
- Role: Head of Sales (Capital Markets)
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
- Drive performance and alignment across sales and marketing functions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Department to develop retention and expansion strategies.
- Scale the sales organization by recruiting, training, and retaining a highly skilled team.
- Leverage market research to define the Company’s ideal customer profile and assess additional verticals for new business generation.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Proven history of scaling businesses to over $100M ARR.
- 10+ years of successful leadership experience in enterprise/complex consultative sales.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of the Capital Markets vertical.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools.
