About the project: The Women in Climate Entrepreneurship (WiCE) project by Imarisha program is dedicated to supporting early and growth-stage green enterprises in the waste management and circular economy sectors. This initiative aims to empower women-led businesses by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and access to capital to drive sustainable practices and foster economic growth. The project features an intensive 1-week training session and business advisory post training. To ensure field officers are well-prepared, they will be expected to participate in a 4-day Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop, where they will familiarize themselves with the curriculum, project code of conduct, and set clear expectations for the project.
