Bliss Medical Centre is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing high-volume sales accounts, achieving targets, and driving customer satisfaction across Thika, Nyeri, and Nanyuki regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and account management teams for outpatient verticals.
  • Drive sales activities and business growth within the assigned region.
  • Achieve monthly footfall and revenue targets.
  • Enhance brand value through activations, medical camps, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare industry sales.
  • Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Proven ability to assess market conditions and formulate strategies.
