Bliss Medical Centre is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing high-volume sales accounts, achieving targets, and driving customer satisfaction across Thika, Nyeri, and Nanyuki regions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and account management teams for outpatient verticals.
- Drive sales activities and business growth within the assigned region.
- Achieve monthly footfall and revenue targets.
- Enhance brand value through activations, medical camps, and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare industry sales.
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Proven ability to assess market conditions and formulate strategies.
