Sales Support Intern
Responsibilities for Sales Support Intern
- Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
- Learn to prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments for sales representatives.
- Assist in preparing and sending out quotations, invoices, and filling.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Assist on research of potential clients and market trends.
- Help in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns.
- Assist in tracking sales leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain effective communication within the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and activities.
- Assist in organizing and preparing for events, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with current client information and sales activities.
Qualifications for Sales Support Intern
- Degree/Diploma in Science or Fisheries and Aquaculture
- No prior experience required
- Understanding of efficient customer support and sales strategies
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- A positive can-do attitude and a passion for the field of interest.
Accounts Intern
Responsibilities for Accounts Intern
- Prepare and post journal entries for various accounts and transactions.
- Utilize accounting software such as ERP-SAP to process sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and bank transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations of all banks.
- Filling of all the documents (Invoices and vouchers)
- Assisting in financial reporting, tax compliance, and providing support for audits
- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Any other duties maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications for Accounts Intern
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance graduate
- Basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis
- Ability to work tight deadlines, handle pressure and multiple concurrent activities
- Proficiency in using spread sheets and other MS office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude Applications
