About the role

  • As a Credit Control Assistant, you will assist with various financial tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track invoices: monitor and manage the status of invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Chase payments: contact clients to remind them of overdue payments and arrange for payment.
  • Client records: maintain accurate records of client accounts and payment histories.
  • Reports: prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and payment performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and organize data from various sources.
