About KEMSA

The Role and Responsibilities
The KEMSA CEO is responsible for providing overall leadership and administration of the Authority. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to KEMSA in achieving its mandate.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (highly desirable).
- Minimum of 12 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare, supply chain management, or the public sector.
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
