  • Handle sales process start to finish: contact, negotiation, paperwork.
  • Drive leads via referrals, cold calls, networking, and inquiries.
  • Deliver top-notch pre/post-sale service, addressing concerns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, adjust sales strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide sales updates, forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Diploma in Business administration, marketing, sales, logistics or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, especially in the automotive industry or related sectors, is advantageous.
  • Experience in showroom sales specifically can be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of trucks, their features, specifications, and performance metrics is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Adherence to ethical standards, integrity in dealing with customers and stakeholders, and compliance with company policies and regulations
