2024 ESL Future Leadership/Internship Program

The ESL Future Leadership Program was started in 2015 to offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in what we do and the industry at large. The program is currently in its 13^th Cohort.

We seek to give opportunities to candidates in the following areas:

• Operations – Ref No. OPS/001/2024
• Sales – Ref No. S/002/2024
• Graphic Design – Ref No. GD/003/2024
• Accounts – Ref No. A/004/2024
• Investment Analyst/Economics – Ref No. IA/ECO/005/2024
• Business Administration – Ref No. BA/006/2024

Eligibility:

The candidates should ideally hold professional and academic qualifications in the below fields to join our next intake:

•  Holder of professional and academic qualifications in Customs Clearance, Ships Agency, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Accounts/Finance, Economics/Data analysis related courses.
• Must demonstrate excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
• Recent graduate

Personal Attributes:

• Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be goal oriented, passionate, and proactive
• Readiness to learn
• Should possess strong analytical skills
• Must be computer literate.
