WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Digitization and Records Management (soft and hard formats)
  • Monthly National Employment Agency returns.
  • Preparing staff letters as needed- for example, transfers, resignation acceptance
  • Leave Management
  • Handling staff exit documentation, certificate of service, exit interviews, raising exit tickets, and staff clearance.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Address employee queries.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
