WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Digitization and Records Management (soft and hard formats)
- Monthly National Employment Agency returns.
- Preparing staff letters as needed- for example, transfers, resignation acceptance
- Leave Management
- Handling staff exit documentation, certificate of service, exit interviews, raising exit tickets, and staff clearance.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Address employee queries.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Fluent in English and Swahili
