Key Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Assist in developing project schedule, preparation of detailed programme plan for data centre build, including sequencing of work and interfaces between different contractors.
- Preparation of accurate progress reports as required by the management.
- Assist in creating of RFPs.
- Assist in developing and reviewing of drawings
- Assist in ensuring Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) are being followed
- Assist in collaboration with other departments to ensure project timelines, resources, and inspections support the project schedule.
- Assist in Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
- Assist in validating MEP design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
- Assist in accurate logging and updating of all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
- Assist in ensuring that contractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records.
- Ensure that Subcontractors adhere to Project safety regulations.
- Implement and manage the company’s Zero Injury Safety Program at the project site.
- Assist in interpreting design and construction drawings across all disciplines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- Exhibit excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction project management software.
