- This role will to provide efficient maintenance and support of general office functions and provision of daily office administration ,customer support and finance .
Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters and packages)
- Provide administrative support across all departments
- Managing office supplies, track supplies and place orders when necessary and maintaining a record of office inventory
- Managing the front desk-welcoming guests and clients and providing them with the needed support
- Manage and supervise office support staff to ensure performance
- Providing periodic administration reports as per need to the reporting manager
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping
- Support time management, leave management and reporting on the same
- Assist in planning workshops, trainings and other internal office events
- Coordinating and assisting in travel related logistics both local and international
- Petty cash management
- Compliance support e.g. licenses/ permit renewal etc.
- Handling vendors and suppliers
- Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.[Be specific when describing each of the
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related course ,CPA is an added advantage
- 2 years of experience in an Admin function in a busy environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion and integrity
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
