JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Care Officer’s job exists to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring a positive experience and efficient resolution of inquiries, appointments, and general information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome and assist patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date completion of necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance records with accuracy.
  • Ensure that all patients information is entered onto the medical system promptly and accurately to avoid claims return.
  • Communicate with insurance companies for pre-authorization and verify coverage for services provided by the hospital.
  • Demonstrate a caring attitude, effective communication, and follow-up to ensure high levels of client
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of and comply with all company policies, procedures, and systems, particularly those related to medical services and
  • Always uphold patient privacy and
  • Develop a proper filing and retrieval system to maintain and manage patient records thus ensuring efficient retrieval of all needed
  • Monitor patient’s appointments as scheduled and constant follow up on the

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or any related
  • Proficiency in computer application skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience preferably in a busy hospital
  • Great team player who is able to collaborate with other team members to offer the best outcomes to the clients and customers.
  • Ability to work under minimum
  • Strong commitment to care of patients and great customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English &
