Key Responsibilities

  1. Support in the development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize the procurement process.
  2. Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  3. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  4. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  5. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  6. Ensuring that all services and goods procured demonstrates value for money.

Qualification & Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supplies chain or any relevant field from a recognized University.
  • Master’s degree will be added advantage.
  • Over 3 years’ experience in the same capacity
  • Membership of a professional body.
