Razanah is seeking a In-Store Sales Attendant with the skills to exceptionally
manage in-store sales and operations, digital marketing management, customer
service and overall store outlook management.
Job Description
The In-Store Sales Assistant will work closely with the Operations Associate
to run and manage all aspects of Razanah’s sales channels and in-store
operations. Their main goal is to effectively sell Razanah’s products and
manage the store operations successfully. This involves managing consumer
clients, showing them Razanah’s products, and providing advice as to what
looks might fit their needs best. Specific duties include managing In-store
sales, client orders and deliveries, handling client inquiries both online and
offline, investigating any issues with products, and organising the store’s
outlook, maintaining tidiness and neatness.
Responsibilities
1. Greeting and welcoming walk in customers
2. Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales
3. services of all Razanah Products)
4. Attending to all customer inquiries both Online (WhatsApp and Instagram DMs)
and Offline (In-store inquiries)
5. Advise best suited options to clients and cross-sell products
6. Encourage sales conversion (both online and offline)
7. Handling sales via POS and effectively manage stock
8. Ensure racks are always fully stocked, price tagged and well arranged
9. Manage order deliveries and returns of products timely and effectively
10. Manage customer database and always providing them with up to date
information
11. Handle customer complaints and providing solutions to ensure utmost
customer satisfaction
12. Steam all clothes and ensure products are well presented
13. Manage and maintain overall store tidiness and neatness
14. Manage in-store assets and petty cash (Mpesa)

Other Requirements:
Strong understanding a fashion retail business model
At least 2 years experience in sales and or customer service
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Certificate in sales/retail management is an added advantage
