Job Purpose
- We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to help generate sales. You will close sales over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
- You will report to the Senior Team Leader Telesales.
Main Responsibilities
- Tele-selling: You will call our existing customers to upgrade them to televisions and other products that we have to offer.
- Conversion Objectives: You will ensure the campaign achieves its conversions and sales goals.
- Quality Objectives: You will ensure the quality of calling follows set quality standards.
- Productivity Objectives: You will adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity.

Incumbent Requirements
- Have a good academic qualification Certificate, diploma, and above
- Have BPO Industry/Call center industry experience
- Be passionate and good at sales
- Have excellent skills in communication
- Be convincing and experienced in persuasion
- Conversant with basic working tools: Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Be result-oriented and self-driven
- Have good ethics and integrity
