General Responsibilities:

  • Drive sell out (↑ increase in business revenue). Drive sell out by conversion of Watu customers to Watu Shule clients during onboarding
  • Route Management Implement route plan to ensure revenue generation target for assigned route are achieved
  • Effective Operational and relationship management Build sound relationships with all customers based on mutual trust and goodwill
  • Competition market sensing Provide continuous feedback as per client requirements (competitor activities, promotions, incentives, innovations, pricing, planograms)
  • Training Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for action
  • Reporting Generate and present sales, revenue and expense reports as per the Watu Shule Reporting timelines
  • Display Management Identify branding and marketing opportunities for Watu Shule at Go downs and Branches and all applicable locations to maximize visibility.
