- Kenyan Citizenship: You must be a Kenyan citizen between the ages of 20 and 28.
- Multilingual Mastery: Fluency in written and spoken French, Arabic, and English is a must. Additional languages are a plus!
- Team Player with a Positive Spirit: You should thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a vibrant personality that lights up the cabin.
- People Person: Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital to providing excellent customer service.
- Meeting the Height Requirement: Females must be at least 160 cm tall, while males should be 165 cm or above.
- Experience in Hospitality or Customer Service: A minimum of one year of experience in these fields is preferred.
- Training and Qualifications: Cabin Crew IATA training or a KCAA Cabin Crew certificate is a plus, as well as a minimum academic qualification of KCSE or its equivalent.
- Safety First: The ability to swim is essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using email and proper telephone etiquette is a must.
- Professional Appearance: No visible tattoos are allowed while in uniform.
