Main purpose of the position:

To build personal skills and experience in specific functions in preparation for growth and absorption into middle management roles within the BU.

Background and Scope:

The position works under close supervision. Being a Graduate Trainee role, discretion is exercised in seeking learning opportunities within host departments in the company, based on the trainee’s learning objectives.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Seek learning opportunities within the host department as per the management training log.
  • Demonstrate keen interest in learning by completing all assignments on time and as per the quality standards required by the assignment terms.
  • Complete the training rotation within the approved time-lines.
  • Manage proactive relations with the coach and mentor and constantly seeking feedback on trainee performance requirements.
  • Complete projects as per the trainee project terms of reference.
