Join us as a Knowledge & Insights Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Marketing and RTM at CCBA.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Knowledge and Insights Manager to establish and maintain a comprehensive data measurement system for the Kenyan market.
- Leverage this system to provide valuable insights that fuel strategic decisions, commercial programs, and key leadership engagements.
- Empower the Strategic Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams through data-driven insights for informed decision-making and insightful reporting.
- Support Country Sales & Marketing teams with data and insights to drive successful campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing and S&D teams to build capabilities through training, coaching, and operational support related to measurement processes and data interpretation.
- Partner with the Insights and Knowledge Manager to track and report insights on various aspects, including macro-economic trends, customer and consumer behavior, competitor analysis, and more.
Who You Are
- A holder of a Bachelor’s of Science degree with at least 4 years of relevant corporate experience in knowledge and insights.
- A proven track record of leveraging data analysis and reporting to drive commercial success.
- Possess expertise in implementing effective knowledge management systems.
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
- The ability to effectively manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets from diverse sources.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong collaboration, coaching, and relationship-building abilities across various functions, business units, and teams.
- A keen understanding and appreciation for diverse business and market environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of macro-economic trends, customer economics, category analysis, and competitor landscapes.
- The ability to identify and solve problems with agility.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple deliverables.
