Senior Client Service Officer
Key Responsibilities
· Ensuring completeness of client application forms – duly filled and signed together with
the required KYC documentation including risk profiling.
· Delivering excellent customer service by responding swiftly to client queries and concerns and escalating as necessary.
· Developing and maintaining good working relationships with agents and existing/ prospective clients.·
. Supporting onboarding of financial agents and resolving their queries/requests.
· Performing document processing for customers and intermediaries, including scanning and indexing documents for easy updating and retrieval.
· Support processing of new business applications, top ups, withdrawals, and switches.
· Maintain an accurate record of all customer interactions through walk-in clients, phone calls, letters, intermediaries, emails and other customer interactions.
· Preparation of any ad hoc departmental reports upon request.
· Offer clients comprehensive product and service information.
· Drive customer self-service by encouraging clients to sign up to the customer portal/app and offer necessary support.
· Adhere to Company policies including internal and external risk, compliance and regulatory standards.
· Any other responsibilities as documented in your annual performance objectives and as may be assigned and communicated from time to time.

· Ability to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
· Computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel expert).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
. Minimum of two (2) year’s experience gained in a similar role.
. Business acumen – good understanding of market trends and need for innovation.
. Customer service experience in the financial sector is an added advantage.
