Qualifications

• At least a post-secondary qualification
• Valid Driving License (A2/FG).
• Certficate of good conduct.

Job role

• Proficient and safe driving skills, including the ability to handle various road conditions and navigate through traffic
• Competence in reading maps and using GPS navigation systems to find optimal routes and locate delivery addresses.
• Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines and adapt to changing schedules.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges such as traffic delays, unexpected road closures, or delivery issues.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with customers, address inquiries, and handle any concerns.
• Clear and effective communication skills to relay information to the dispatch team, customers, and colleagues.

Adaptability:
