What you’ll do:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to our employees, ensuring their desktops, laptops, printers, and network operate smoothly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain various IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and printers.
  • Equip employees with the knowledge and skills to use technology effectively through training and ongoing support.
  • Analyze and diagnose system and network problems, identifying and resolving hardware and software faults.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting professionally and positively with employees and colleagues.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT equipment and assets.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
  • Keen observation skills to identify potential problems before they arise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and positively with a diverse team.
