Responsibilities:
- Generate sales by promoting the company’s detergents and laundry powders to retailers, wholesalers, and other potential clients.
- Identify and target new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the brand and network with potential clients.
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sales representative in the laundry powder sector.
- Experience in the FMCG is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, dynamics, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently.
- High level of motivation, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
