What You’ll Do:
- Craft captivating product displays that grab customer attention and showcase the features and benefits of our appliances.
- Execute strategic merchandising plans to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions for maximum sales impact.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective inventory management and customer engagement strategies.
- Track and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform merchandising decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in merchandising various electrical home appliances, including cookers, TVs, microwaves, fridges, and washing machines.
- A track record of success in achieving sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment.
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends within the Kenyan appliance market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute effectively towards shared goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and optimize merchandising strategies.
