Current Openings:
- M&E Interns (4 positions) – Machakos & Siaya Counties: Support project implementation, data collection, and reporting to ensure program quality and effectiveness.
- Finance Interns (4 positions) – Kisumu, Migori & Machakos Counties: Assist with financial management, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
What You’ll Do:
- M&E Interns:
- Promote innovative methods for achieving project goals.
- Document project successes, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Monitor program quality and adherence to standards.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Finance Interns:
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely payments and accurate reporting.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
Who We’re Looking For:
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, finance, social work)
- Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong report writing abilities
- Experience in community health work (preferred)
- Passion for making a difference in people’s lives
