Requirements:
1. More than 2 years working experience in 5-star hotels or luxurious upper premium shipboard experience in similar position applying for is required.
2. Fluent in English and good communication skills. Knowledge in other European language is added advantage.
3. Relevant qualifications or certifications, such as a degree from a respected institution or equivalent industry-recognized training where applicable.
4 Master European and international cooking techniques, with a creative approach to menu development and food presentation
for culinary positions.
5. Must have international food and beverage knowledge knowledge with focus on European Cuisine for bar and restaurant staff.
